One thing we love about our annual Maine vacations is weekend brunch. There’s nothing like slicing into benedicts, pancakes, and thick french toast alongside friends and family. No need to rush off to work—it’s the weekend! There’s time to relax, reset, and rejuvenate (with a cocktail in hand).

Two Light’s brunch menu consists of New England favorites like Maine Lobster Benedict and Biscuits and Clam Chowder Gravy. House-smoked salmon atop our much-loved Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast and lox-platter-inspired Smoked Salmon Benedict continue the seafood theme.
Guests who have joined us for dinner will recognize our famous Grilled Spanish Octopus with Calabrian Chili Butter, paired at brunch with soft scrambled eggs and a root vegetable hash. Sweet lovers will surely latch onto our Bacon Crusted French Toast and Apple Dutch Baby Pancake.
Dinner highlights like our Tuna Poke Tacos and Griddled Cheeseburger make an appearance as well, perfect for kids or those feeling a little more “lunchy” at brunch.
A new lineup of cocktails includes Oyster Shooters (formerly a bespoke option at dinner) with your choice of a freshly shucked East or West Coast oyster. Adventurous folks might lean towards our creatively crafted Pimm’s Punch or Two Lights Negroni. And of course brunch wouldn’t be brunch without the oh-so-classic Mimosa and Bloody Mary (with a little Two Lights spin!).
